Coutts and Mann specialises in proactive talent aquisition within the recruitment and executive search industry. We are primarily a search consultancy therefore all our candidates are approached proactively or referred through our well developed network. The company was founded by Simi Nourse, a well respected recruiter with over sixteen years experience.
We are experienced in providing career coaching which makes our approach more consultative than transactional . An individual who fully explores their real career objectives before embarking on their recruitment process will be better informed to make the right, not first, choice. Our previous recruitment projects have provided us with a wealth of knowledge in not only identifying high performers from a global pool of talent but also supporting those individuals throughout the process and on an ongoing basis.
We are currently recruiting for some of most respected names within the market. All roles are fully researched and each candidate and client is worked with on a confidential project basis to ensure that their needs, not ours, are our focus.
